If I were to sell everything today, I would have had a total of 33 trades since last October. Of those, 12 would have lost money and 21 would have made money. My biggest dollar loss so far has been RIM. It was down 9.57%. That was a screwup on my part while experimenting with covered calls. Won't make that mistake again. My biggest gain has been BPF.UN (Boston Pizza) which was up 27.28%. Looking at the price now, I wish I had held onto it.
Actually, thinking in pure percentages, AD has done better at 44.90%, but I didn't buy as much stock of that, so BPF.UN wins out on simple dollar amount. In percentages, the biggest loser was AXL. Instead of trading on the trend, I had thought that it would bounce back after hitting a support level. Well, apparently support levels are full of $%#@, so I ended up losing 23.67%. Fortunately I didn't buy too many shares.
